We say no to customers we can't serve properly
We refuse to deploy in environments we don't understand. If a prospective customer wants rollout across an estate we can't audit in advance, we politely decline. It keeps the deployed rate of incidents below what we could otherwise claim.
We publish the inspection artefact format
Our audit-log export schema is public, documented, and version-controlled. Auditors can validate it against their evidence templates before you ever buy.
Founder-led briefings, for as long as possible
Helena or James still run every briefing personally. This won't scale forever. It's currently the right trade.
